Controversies surrounding Mohbad's death persist as fans call for justice and transparency regarding the delayed release of the autopsy report.

As Mohbad, the late singer and former signee of Marlian Records, would have turned 28 today, Nigerian celebrities and fans took to social media to celebrate his posthumous birthday. Mohbad, also known as Ilerioluwa Aloba, passed away at the age of 27 on September 12, 2023.

Despite contentious debates surrounding the circumstances of Mohbad's death, including an investigation by the Lagos State Police Command, the official autopsy results remain undisclosed.

Various celebrities expressed their love and remembrance for Mohbad on social media platforms. Big Brother Naija's former housemate, Tasha, shared a picture of Mohbad with a heartfelt message, while musicians like Bella Shmurda and Bad Boy Timz posted tributes and fond memories.

Despite the outpouring of love, concerns linger over the delayed release of Mohbad's autopsy report and the prolonged holding of his body. The Lagos State Police Command had named prime suspects linked to the singer's death, indicating that Mohbad vomited and developed goosebumps after being injected three times by a nurse.

The police reiterated that the autopsy report had not been officially received, prompting calls for transparency and justice from Mohbad's friends, fans, and the music community.
